NFL Alumni Charter Member R.C. Owens
Inducted into BASHOF

49ers legend R.C. Owens was inducted into the Bay Area Sports Hall of Fame in a moving ceremony on March, 22 2010. A longtime fan favorite, R.C. was presented by John McVay, former General Manager for the five time Super Bowl Champion San Francisco 49ers. McVay told the audience how Bill Walsh relied on R.C. for many important roles, including managing all aspects of the team's training camp. R.C. has always been a great resource to the Northern California Chapter of the NFL Alumni, and all its members were very happy for his induction into BASHOF.
